DRR Profile
 
The DRR Profile allows registered Spin2 users (i.e., users with a SPIN 2 logon name and password) to enter and update default values for the Create DRR feature.
 
Create DRR Profile
 
When information for an Account or Party Code is entered, the information provided must be consistent with the current ALTA Account record. Incorrect Account or Party Code information provided on the DRR, at the time of DRR submission, can result in rejection of the DRR.
 
 
If the DRR profile user is the only person submitting DRRs to Land Titles, their full name may be entered as the default Name of Requestor. For contact purposes, the telephone number of the Requestor should be provided (e.g., contact by a Land Titles Examiner or another registrant using the Pending Registration Request Listing service).
 
 

A commonly used delivery method may be selected; when creating a new DRR it can be changed by selecting another radio button. Users who do not set a delivery method must select this value for each new DRR created.

 
 
Save your completed profile, then click Create DRR on the side DRR Menu Bar to continue.
 
 
Update DRR Profile
 
The DRR Profile can be updated to maintain user default values (e.g., a change of name, address, requestor, etc.); make the required changes and save the profile again.

Note: ALTA Account records are not updated when DRR Profile information is updated; as per existing procedures, you must fax ALTA Account changes to the Finance Department at 780-422-3112. Incorrect Account or Party Code information provided on the DRR, at the time of DRR submission, can result in rejection of the DRR.
